The Mexican customer had reached out to WOER sales staff a month earlier, praising their excellent service and expressing interest in the machine’s advantages.

Following this, the customer placed an order for eight mini crawler skid loaders and shared high expectations for the purchase. During packing,

WOER staff took photos and shared them with the customer, who responded with positive feedback.
