PRODUCT LAUNCH | 2026 SEASON
T40S: The Large-Format Remote Control Mower That Turns One Operator Into a Fleet
1350 mm of cutting deck, 28.2 kW of diesel, and 200 meters of remote control — built for the ground ride-ons can’t finish
Large properties have always had the same problem: more ground than machines can cover. Ride-ons sweep the open lawn and stop at every tree; crews fill the gaps by hand. The result is a season that runs late, labor costs that run high, and edges that never look finished.
The 2026 answer is not a bigger crew — it is a bigger idea of what one machine can do. The T40S Remote Control Mower is a large-format, tracked mowing platform that puts a 1350 mm deck, a 28.2 kW Yanmar diesel, and 200 meters of remote control into a single operator’s hands. It is built for estates, parks, orchards and municipal green space — and for the rough vegetation that sits between them.
This is not a scaled-up homeowner machine. It is industrial equipment with industrial expectations: a working weight of 1250 kg, a diesel engine built for full-day duty cycles, and a control system designed around operator safety and precision.
“One operator, 200 meters away, mowing what once took a crew — that is the point of the T40S.”
Built for Big Ground
Everything about the T40S starts with its 1350 mm Y-blade deck. The blades spin at 0–3000 rpm in either direction — forward for clean passes, reverse for dense or matted growth — and the reversible drive clears clogs without stopping. Cutting height adjusts from 30 to 90 mm across three levels, and the deck adapts to terrain by ±10°, holding a consistent cut across dips and humps that would scalp a rigid deck.
▪ 1350 mm cutting width — a full pass per row, fewer passes per site
▪ 30–90 mm height, three levels — plus deck lift above 90 mm for obstacles and transport
▪ Terrain adaptation ±10° — consistent cut on uneven ground
▪ Front chain, rear rubber guards — debris control on both sides of the deck
Power That Doesn’t Quit
Under the deck sits a Yanmar three-cylinder, water-cooled diesel delivering 28.2 kW (38.3 Hp) at 2600 rpm and 107.7 Nm of torque — power built for a working day, not a weekend. Direct injection and a 28 L fuel tank keep the machine cutting through multi-site schedules, and EPA / EURO5 compliance means it meets the emission standards of the markets it is built for.
The hydrostatic drive delivers 0–4 km/h working speed and 0–9 km/h for transport, with cruise control to hold a constant pace across open ground. Skid-steer zero-turn handling turns the machine in place at the end of every row — no three-point turns, no uncut corners. An optional self-cleaning cooler and cold-start kit extend the operating window in harsh conditions.
Control From a Distance
Full-function remote control puts the entire machine in one operator’s hands: engine start and stop, cutting speed, headlights, horn, and parking. The remote works up to 200 meters away over a 434 MHz link, powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium battery with a spare on board — so the machine never waits on a charge.
Proportional joysticks translate to precise, predictable movement — a feather of the stick edges the machine around a tree, a full throw sends it down a straight row. Cruise control holds working speed, and one key release returns control to the operator instantly.
Safety First, Automatically
The most important safety feature is where the operator stands: up to 200 meters from the work. Everything else is automatic, acting without a moment’s hesitation:
▪ One-key emergency stop — total shutdown at the operator’s finger
▪ Tilt over-angle alarm — audible and visual warning, then automatic stop
▪ Signal-loss protection — the machine stops itself if the link is interrupted
▪ Oil and hydraulic pressure monitoring — automatic shutdown on abnormal readings
More Than Grass
Large-area mowing rarely stops at grass. The T40S carries that capability as standard: Y-blades handle woody vegetation up to 30 mm in diameter, reversible blade direction clears matted growth, and raised rubber tracks keep traction on soft or uneven ground. The front arm lifts up to 750 kg, and the deck clears obstacles that would stop a fixed-deck machine.
One machine moves from open lawn to orchard rows to rough verge work without changing attachments — which is why operators report it spends more time working and less time switching.
Who It’s For
▪ Private estates and country clubs — big lawns, formal edges, small crews
▪ Municipal parks and greenbelts — kilometers of maintained grass on a budget
▪ Orchards and vineyards — row work with zero-turn precision
▪ Sports fields and golf course rough — consistent height, no scalping
▪ Large commercial grounds — industrial-scale mowing with one operator
Specifications at a glance
Built to the standard
The T40S carries CE, EPA, EURO5, ISO and SGS compliance — and it is built with a supply chain that matches: Bondioli & Pavesi pumps, Poclain drive motors, and a Danfoss deck motor, each on its own independent hydraulic circuit at 84 L/min and 250 bar. Components are selected for service life, and every circuit is isolated so a fault in one never takes down the others.
The T40S is available now for the 2026 season. Contact us for the full specification sheet, pricing, or an on-site demonstration.
